If you would like to return an item, please notify our customer service department via phone or email within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must arrive to our warehouse in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging.

Please note, a 15% restocking fee and all return shipping costs will apply to items returned where PlasticPlace.com has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. If an order is returned because the wrong item was shipped or a product was deemed defective, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived.

A full refund (minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs if applicable) will be made in the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving the return.

exchange policy

If you would like to return an item and exchange it for a different product, please notify our customer service department via phone or email within 30 days of receipt of original order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for the order being returned and a new order will be created for product/s you would like instead.

A UPS return label for the original order will be placed in the box of the new order or a UPS return label can be emailed to customer. All items being exchanged must arrive to our warehouse in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging No restocking fee will apply to items being returned and exchanged. However, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if PlasticPlace.com made no error in merchandizing or shipping the original order. If an order is exchanged because the wrong item was shipped or the product was deemed defective,the return shipping costs will be waived.

Once the returned product/s is received at our warehouse, a credit (minus the return shipping costs if applicable) will be issued to the customer’s account in the original method of payment.

The Process is Easy as 1-2-3:
1) Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Contact our Customer Service Department via phone at 877.343.2247 or via email within 30 days of receipt of your order. A team member will discuss your shipping options, process your return internally and provide you with an RMA number. If you choose to exchange an item, a new order will be created for the product you would like instead.

2) Prepare your shipment.

Make sure the item being returned is in its original packaging. Place it into a clean box or envelope and clearly print the RMA number on the outer packaging.

You can choose from several shipping options. A) We can email you a UPS return label. B) We can mail you a UPS return label. C) If you are exchanging your order, we can insert a UPS return label into the box of your new order. D) You can choose to return your order with a carrier service of your choice.

Once you receive your return shipping label, affix it to the outer packaging and drop off your return at the nearest UPS Drop-off location or schedule a pickup with UPS directly.

3) wait for your refund.

Once we receive your return, a credit (minus the 15% restocking fee or return shipping costs if applicable) will be issued to your account in the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return to process the return and issue the refund.
