Free Shipping on all orders over $50

$5 Flat Rate shipping for orders $50 or less.

Turnaround

Orders for in-stock items that are placed before 2 PM (EST) usually ship the same day, orders after 2 PM will normally ship the next business day. In addition, if an item is not in stock, we cannot guarantee standard turnaround. Rest assured however, that you will receive notification via e-mail of a backorder.

Time in transit:

Orders ship from either our East or West Coast warehouse depending on your location and availability of the product you are ordering. Please see the maps below to calculate the time in transit for your order.

Shipping Methods:

• Most orders are shipped by standard ground delivery via UPS. Larger orders, when deemed cost-effective, will ship via freight. In order to accept freight deliveries, we will need to verify your business address.

• Standard shipments must be to physical delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to any P.O. boxes.

Please contact us if you need your order expedited or have specific shipping requests, and we will research the best method of shipment.

Shipping and Refunds:

When returning an order, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item sent is defective.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer:

Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or our carrier's control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.
