All returns must arrive to our warehouse in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging.
A 15% restocking fee and all return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the wrong item was shipped by us or a product was deemed defective.
A full refund (minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs if applicable) will be made in the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving the return.
All items being exchanged must arrive to our warehouse in the original packaging.
A restocking fee will not be applied to items being exchanged. However, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the wrong item was shipped by us or the product was deemed defective.
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, a credit (minus the return shipping costs if applicable) will be issued to the customer’s account in the original method of payment.
Once we receive your return, a credit (minus the 15% restocking fee or return shipping costs if applicable) will be issued to your account in the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return to process the return and issue the refund.
For items that are damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund, and waive any additional fees. However, if once the item is received by Plasticplace it is determined that it is not defective, then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If your item was damaged in transit – please contact customer service, and they will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Most returns and exchanges can easily be processed right from your account on plasticplace.com. Once you log in to your account, view the order that you would like to return, and then choose Easy Returns.
Your return shipping label will open automatically* after you click submit. Please print the label, and then affix it to the outer packaging.
You can drop off your return at the nearest UPS Drop-off location, or schedule a pickup with UPS directly.
*If for any reason your label doesn’t appear once you click submit, please contact our customer service team.
**Please note that all items returned using the Easy Returns tool must be returned as one package either boxed, strapped, or taped. Please do not use the shipping label on more than one package as it will not be accepted by UPS.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
