"These folks have been great. I already know that they have great bags. That's why I knew something was wrong when I got a shipment of terrible bags. It turns out that something went screwy on the shipping/shipper end and they are moving quickly to rectify it. The bottom line is that you can trust this company for providing great products AND - something scarce these days - excellent customer service. Now if there were only some way I could delete the previous review...."
