I was just putting some heavier weight wax coated paper, folded as to not take up as much space, and it ripped them up. I emailed the company and received a quick response. I was ask to send in pictures, to which I did. I was told the stuff I was putting in was too sharp. I was then asked if I could send back samples. They would send me a shipping label to ship the sample back for testing. I have not received the label yet. I has been 12 days. Meanwhile I have a box of wimpy bags."
