"I have been purchasing from Plastic Place for years and have been completely satisfied. This last shipment, however, was unacceptable. It was shipped in a box that was much larger than the bags. To take up the extra space in the box, each roll of bags was unrolled probably 10 ft to create packing for the shipment. We had to take each roll out and, one-by-one, roll them back up. Obviously we couldn't do it as well as your machines, so we have all these rolls that are not evenly rolled together. "I like Plastic Place - very convenient supplier. But so disappointed in my purchase of the advertised 95-96 Gallon Bag for my 95 Gallon Container - the circumference of the top of the bag doesn’t fit the new garbage container the city of Indianapolis just supplied. Look at what i have to do to try to make the bag just stay open at the top. I now have a bunch of new bags that impose a hassle for every use. Plasticplace should be more aware of the market it serves and properly advise Customers of FIT not just about Gallon capacity."
